Own a piece of the next great business district in the C5 corridor

We visited Bridgetowne last weekend.

Honestly, it’s a bit of a game-changer for the C5 area. You know how most business districts feel like concrete jungles?Bridgetowne has a different vibe—it’s much more "open." The whole "live-work-play" thing is actually functional here. You’ve got the high-end offices (like the Exxa and Zeta towers) right next to luxury condos like Haraya, Le Pont and Velaris which will be turned over this August 2026. How can I forget also that Cirrus Tower is ready for occupancy with lease to own terms of 35k monthly? You could literally walk from a boardroom meeting to your living room in five minutes.

Bridgetowne is a whole destination estate subdivided into 2 megacities with the bridge as separator indicator

Bridgetowne Address:

Quezon City Phase: C5 Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Quezon City

Pasig City Phase: Bridgetowne East, Brgy. Rosario, Pasig City

The Bridge: There’s this massive bridge connecting the Pasig and Quezon City sides. It’s great for jogging or just getting some air without feeling like you're stuck in traffic.

A Landmark

Anchored by "The Victor," an iconic 60-meter art installation symbolizing the Filipino spirit of triumph. Did you know that this statue is taller than the Statue of Liberty? My take: It’s great for evening walks or just feeling like you’re in a world-class city.

Leisure

You have to check out Opus Mall at Bridgetowne if you haven't been yet. It’s Robinsons Land’s most upscale, luxury mall to date, but the whole vibe is completely different from your typical chaotic mega-mall. Walking inside feels exactly like stepping into a high-end, 5-star hotel lobby—everything is super spacious, drenched in natural light, and designed to actually let you breathe and slow down.

The Grounds

Usually, when developers build a new CBD, they just pack it full of concrete and skyscrapers, but Bridgetowne feels totally different because it actually breathes.

The centerpiece is definitely the Bridgetowne Central Park, which is a massive one-hectare green space right in the middle of the estate. It gives the whole township a very active, outdoor vibe. You'll always see people out there training, jogging, or just walking their dogs because the whole estate is super pet-friendly.

Before I forget, there's a concert grounds.

Offices

The offices they are putting up aren't just standard corporate blocks—they are massive, tech-heavy spaces that are attracting some serious global corporate giants.

The crown jewels of the office side right now are GBF Centers 1 and 2. These twin 30-story towers are the largest LEED Gold-certified office buildings in the country, which basically means they are ultra-sustainable and eco-friendly.

Companies like Thermo Fisher and Cigna have already taken up massive spaces there, alongside the usual corporate heavyweights in the older towers like Exxa, Zeta, Tera, and Giga.
